needed energy and better health

I'm a 27 yr old male. I smoke cigarettes and pot. I'm giving up all the bad bit by bit. I feel lazy and do not want to do anything at all but sit around. I'm 6 ft about 185. I need more energy and to feel better. some help please. please cunsructive critiscism and advice helps, but please be specific

You should quit smoking and quit using any forms of banned substances and drugs completely.

You should indulge in some part time job and keep yourself busy all the time. You should not keep yourself idle and try to involve in some sports, games or community service. Eat healthy and take multivitamin supplements and avoid stress and sleep adequately.

How about take a dance class?  Try to get your highs from natural things in life.  Running is a great high, so is soccer.  Drink lots of water and start eating fruits and veggies.  Maybe you need some good sunshine to boost your vitamin D.

I think you should start eating healthier foods, make sure you're drinking enough water, and join some activities. I bet there is a local club team you could join around your area if you just look! Oh, and definitely quit smoking... good luck with everything. Just stick to it and you'll be fine!
