pulled muscle in chest

I have a constant pain in my chest. The pain increases when I am trying to take a deep breath. I have not been able to be seen just yet, but I feel like it might just be a pulled muscle. Once I had taken ibuprofen the pain had gone away, which led me to believe it was a pulled muscle. To be honest I thought it was something more serious until I took the ibuprofen. I do have stomach ulcers so I cannot take medication regularly, so I figure the healing process will be a bit more painful. I do run daily and was wondering if my running would effect the healing process? I read that It was not good to strain the muscles more than needed. Would running apply to straining the muscles? Please share your thoughts, thanks.

"I have a constant pain in my chest". That being said You need to be seen by a doctor! It could be fibromyalgia, bones, joints and connective tissues, and even your ulcers. See your doctor!!
