ok. im having this littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys problem ive been noticing for awhile.
i lift weights 2-4 times a week, usually all the standard workouts.
the thing is ive noticed that the left side of my chest seems to be gaining more shape to it than the right side( the right side seems like it doesnt get worked out while the left side is shaping up).
can someone give me an answer to how i can get them both symmetrical or look better. thanks.
Ok- so my right side is bigger than my left (i'm petite though), so I usually do more rep's on my left side than my right; otherwise, I end up gaining a lot on my right. My legs and arms both do that. Usually the side you use the most has more definition and an easier time than the 'weaker' side. I'm right handed hence my right arm/leg are bigger. Don't know if this was the advice you were looking for, but...take care
