right sided chest pain

I get a sharp pain in my upper right chest region about 15 minutes into any kind of arobic excersize. I love to dance and am trying to take a Zumba class because my BMI is 34%. I have no real health problems besides being Anemic and I get out of breath quickly. I get the pain when I run too, I pretty much can't do any cardio even thought that's what I need the most. I'm 37 years old and my colesterol is a little high 197. I'm changing my diet and getting more active since entering Nursing school and getting more educated. What could my pain be?
