running

i run 10 k nearly everyday.i am around 125lbs and everybody is telling me i need to put on weight.my height is 5 foot 8 inches.i enjoy running allot.is it possible to keep up the running and not lose weight at the same time.i found doing weights is boring.thanks for your help....

10k sounds like an awfull lot.  if your naturally skinny and ur doing that much of a workout it will be very hard to gain weight,  you can try taking a weight gaining from a mineral store or something.

but if you feel you look good at your current weight then who cares what they say  =P
