sagging body parts

I am 51 years old and physically fit.  I eat very healthy and clean.  OMG my body, butt especially is dropping what is your recommendation.  my self esteem is very very low

Squats done correctly are very important.  You can eat right, lots of vegetables and only healthy oils, reduce sugar intake, and take supplements to support your skin also.
