sounds like you need to talk to your dr. I had sciatica quite a few years back after i had my daughter. It finally went away but I just wanted to tell you that it was a long slow recoveryRecovery position - series. I am a runner...I didnt run for quite a few years. Boy, is that nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity pain intense! You need to quiet things down, inflamation (inflammation) wise. Prednisone is a nasty drug, but a couple of days will do the trick without compromising your life, followed by a week on ibuprufin. You should see a pain specialist.
