shoulder arm pain (right side)

I am 38year old female. One morning I woke up with a knot or cramp in my shoulder blade. Chalked it up to sleepng wrong. Now its 6 days later, the pain in my shoulder blade comes and goes. But now I have pain going down the back of my arm and on top or my forearm. Today 3 of my fingers and thumb are numb kinda like when you lay on them wrong. The pain is so bad I can't sleepat all. I'm constantly on the verge of tears. I've been taking motrin, aleeve. No kind of relief at all. Using biofreeze and icy hot sometimes. Nothjing. My doctor isnt sure. I've been unemployed for 2months. So I know its not from lifting. Can you please help me. Cant take the pain!
