I have been a lifer of exercise but since having my daughter, i can't seem to do sit ups without having pain. No matter how few or how many, i feel like my stomach is reeling out and have trouble breathing. I drink plenty of water and drink alchohol about 4x a year so dehydration isn't an issue. I have started some light core/pilates/yoga training but nothing seems to be helping. Anyone?
Have you tried using one of those exercise balls? I switched to using those for crunches instead of sit-ups and I wish I'd done it years ago. Much better for my back, and it just seems to be a lot more effectiveEffective strength cough syrup. Somehow just seems easier on the body, but getting a better workout.
