so i'm really out of shape.

Okay, Like I said, i'm really out of shape, not fat...just not physically fit. at all.

another thing you should know,   i'm 20 years old. 220 pounds, and 5'11.  I have anxiety pretty bad.

Now, on with my question.

Last night I rode a bicycle, I didnt go TOO far, it was maybe a 15 minute ride, downhill, uphill, and level ground.

When I was done, I was REALLY thirsty. so I probably should have drank a lot of water before I went.  So i went in the house, got some water, like...2 full glasses of water.  went in the living room, sat down, and got on my laptop.  after a few minutes, It felt like someone was slowly blowing my head up. lol..  like...I started to get pressure, and it got noticably worse over a few minutes, so i started to panic (due to my anxiety) laid down on the couch, and i noticed that my neck / head muscles were really tense, so i had to really concentrate on relaxing them.  I felt somewhat dizzy kinda, well...not really dizzy but like I was going to pass out i guess, idk. and really WORN out.  I just felt horrible.  It was really scary.  I'm THINKING it was because i'm really out of shape, and a vigorous bike ride was just too much lol, then again, I have anxiety. so I worry about everything that happens.

Normally if i go out walking for a long period of time, i'll get upper back pains, upper chest pains, stomach pains, all kinds of stuff, which makes me anxious. lol.. i'm rediculous I know.  Anyways,  anyone have an insight? kinda worries me, like...should I continue to excercise, just....less intense? should i lay off and see a doctor? idk.

Hello!

I would suggest you to go to a Physician and measure your vitals and if everything is fine then you can go ahead. The anxiety will decrease in the future due to some symptoms as you will be rest assured that you are fine by general examination.

You need to come into your normal BMI and what is best than exercise, cardio, walking, jogging, cycling, swimming regularly which will keep you in good healthy shape.

Visit a dietician to calculate the daily calorie requirement and go ahead in doing some form of exercise daily. Make it a habit and you will feel better.

Have healthy breakfast and rehydrate yourself properly.

Take care!
