Normally if i go out walking for a long period of time, i'll get upper back pains, upper chest pains, stomach pains, all kinds of stuff, which makes me anxious. lol.. i'm rediculous I know. Anyways, anyone have an insight? kinda worries me, like...should I continue to excercise, just....less intense? should i lay off and see a doctor? idk.
I would suggest you to go to a Physician and measure your vitals and if everything is fine then you can go ahead. The anxiety will decrease in the future due to some symptoms as you will be rest assured that you are fine by general examination.
You need to come into your normal BMI and what is best than exercise, cardio, walking, jogging, cycling, swimming regularly which will keep you in good healthy shape.
Visit a dietician to calculate the daily calorie requirement and go ahead in doing some form of exercise daily. Make it a habit and you will feel better.
Have healthy breakfast and rehydrate yourself properly.
