Maybe an odd question here, but here goes..
My wifes outer hips get very sore during and after sex. And sometimes she gets a cramp in the same area.
She only gets these while facing stadling me cowgirl style, she like this postition most because it gets her where she wants to go[if you know what I mean] It may 20 min to an hour, but she gets there..
Any way enough sex talk are there any exercises she can do?
