spring like sensation in leg when asleep.

hi
i am a boy of age 20.
whn ever i am sleeping, or whn my evr i sit on the ground with my leg crossed, or whn i am sitting on a chair with my legs above my head...i have a SPRING LIKE SENSATION IN MY LEGS. there r very UNPLESENT VIBRATIONS .ITS LIKE MY LEG SENSES R DEAD.i hav to straighten my leg or stand up.in 2 MINUTES IT IS OK.is this problem serious. or is it a simple blood circulation pronlem.plz answer me.
