stomach pain
im 26, i walk every morning but today, after i ate sumthing after my walkin an walked around my stomach started hurting a little, but ha goten little better after drinking warter but ican still feel the pain sum...

This could occur due to dehydration or due to over exertion. It is recommended to keep the body adequately hydrated while exercising and taking some time for warm-up exercises before the work-out.
