supplements?

I'm a seventeen year old girl and currently a senior and my senior track season is beginning in about three weeks, I have been sidelined since dec. from being sick and I want to take a supplement to help build muscle and endurance so I can complete track and go out with a bang. I heard of some good supplements but I am not really sure what is right for me. I was hoping for some guidence on what might be a good idea to try. I heard of things like creatine but the effects aren't really known of it and it causes you to gain weight and retain water, which are big negatives to a sprinter/jumper. Thanks for any advice

Hello!

I would suggest you to take extra protein in you diet as in milk, meat and eggs and continue your work outs regularly.

Take any bodybuilding supplement which contains whey protein and creatine monohydrate, as well as vitamins and other supplements.

Discuss with your trainer and also your physician before starting any supplements.
