ok, but i have read to guys argue.. but i guess it is.. and it has some side effects.. have u read my post on the new forum at the dr to patient forum? i ask about creatine and the dr said its not safeSafe driving for teens Safe sex to take it..
To my knowledge, creatine is in red meats, but cooked out. My dad has treated young kids who has liver failure due to creatine, but apparently they took it over a long period of time, and never drank to much water with it.
You could use creatine, however, I find it best to be safe and just eat well, maybe a protien shake or 2 a day. I got some good results with L-Glutamine. But most products out there are terrible for you and they just want to make money.
ur father's a doctor? as i can remember other doctors had said that creatine isnt good at all.. even one of the doctor here said so.. how about glutamine? it seems an interesting... is it a drug?
No L-glutamine is not a drug. It is a supplement that your muscles need if you work out. It is in the food we eat but when you work out your body needs more of it. I have listed the benefits for you somewhere else on this forum. You can buy over the net or at a vit shop.
