And I know that’s bad.. my nutrition is kinda poor.. my basic blocks are meat and meat alone.. well, milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal and eggs too. Im afraid that having no veges in your body will cause something bad someday.. pls help.. ?
my husband does't eat a lot of vegie either. I get on him about it. Do you like salad's? You need to make sure to eat more veg's b/c it helps to alcoline your system and meat is acidic. brocoli 1 cup a day keeps estrogin down and testosterone up spinage has amino acid in them helps muscles

I cant.. I don’t know how to way my food. Lol really.. I just go by the feeling… somehow I never failed.. you c am an ectomorph, a classic one.. my old pics tells it all.. lol but 30 pounds of gain isn’t bad, right? But, still, im going to train much harder, maybe doubleDouble-tussin dm the intensity. Coz youre much bigger than I am.. lol really!
I have about of 20 -30 pounds of FAT to loose. I am not all muscle!! I wish I was :) You need to start weighing your food. you might not be eating enough!!! yes 30 pound gain is increadible. now the sad news is that may have been a one time thing. when you first start out you can loose fat and put on muscle at the same time. your body is like WHAT, then it is one or the other. SORRY!!!
Well, I have a fast metabolism.. and am no flabby.. I told you ive got less fats.. but of course I look big naked but not with my shirt on.. but by June ill show you my pic to see if I had improved.. im taking things naturally just like my first day. And I believe you can gain muscle and shed fat.. yup, I had experienced such thing.. am looking forward of checking your page you know..
