throbbing scalp and neck while doing haevy exercies

I am having the same problems that you and the other people in the link you stated.  This is not the first time it has happened to me though.  It has happened twice before, and only subsided after taking a few weeks off from the gym.  If you know any other ways to make it go away, it would be appreciated.  I have taken asprin and other pain medications before lifting weights and they seem to help a little bit, but dont know how safe that is?

ps: i still suggest you to see your neurologist as soon as possible
    incase of something bad may occure.
    i've got appoitment with a neurologist in two weeks time..
    i will let you know what happens next..if it may haelp you too.

wish for us the best so we can go back to gym and get pumped again.
