ei.. seems like ur a bit interested in bodybuildign to eh.. im into bodybuilding too and so is the other guys here.. yeah. theyre all bloated now... even the new pics of dexter jackson in the arnold sucks now... look at his belly.. man.. and also the pics of markus ruhl , man synthol ....right now its hard to find a guiy without any bloatedness in him.. lol

yeah I used to be really into bb back in high school. reading muscle mags till 1 in the morn and stuff.havn't picked up a muscle mag for awhile. havn't worked out for awhile cause of low energy from hypothyroidism. doc has me on the right dose now and making my come back. need to lose about 40lbs. started working out with a russian kettlebell. its a great endurance and strenghth workout and will drop lbs. will eventually hit the heavy weights again once i get into better shape. so i'm looking forward to getting back into natural bb.you ever tried kettlebell training? u ought to try it to break up your regular routine it's actually kinda fun.
