training shoes vs runners shoes (really need an answer)

So I'm doing stuff like dancing, HIIT workouts, weights, etc. just normal exercises but I also want to start jogging. What type or shoes should I get that I can use for every day exercise and jogging. Can I just do everything in running shoes?

Also does anyone recommend a certain brand. Nothing to expensive. I don't want to pay like 200 dollars. Honestly the most I want to pay is 40 to 50. Might even go 60.

Many people think the right workout gear may not matter, but it does. Even the right workout clothes can make you feel more comfortable. Proper running shoes are essential. Sometimes opting for the cheapest pair or a pair that look pretty can be a big mistake.

The Reebok nano is not good for running

U can do all that in that one right pair unless ur budget allows u to buy two. Buy one good pair that is versatile enough to allow comfy and light running or for gym workouts. I use my Reebok nano for everything.

You should buy two pairs of shoes one for running and one for the gym!
Go to a sports shop and talk to a knowledgeable person. Your running shoe should be really flexible and the gym shoe needs to have a stable support system. The price is going to vary buy the maker.
