i am a 125lb 5'6'' guy and i still have man boobs even though i run 4-6 miles everyday for the past 2 years and race 5k's every weekend, i have been doing pushups and still they wont go away, i dont want to have to resort to surgery but i would like to get rid of them.
Only run two times a week for now and load up on the protien and carbs. What you are doing right now is definatly way too much muscle breakdown for your body to repair. If you gain some muscle size by resting more and eating more you will have a way better chance of losing the ***** ****. Lift a little wieghts to help build the muscle under the skin so the skin becomes tighter. Only work out with wieghts 3 times a week and if your serious about losing the excess skin I wouldnt do any cardio at all. At least for a little while. Follow the diet plan I wrote for Nasska on this forum and eat at least 1-1.5grams of protien per pound of bodyweight each day. Ex- 1.5 x 125lbs=amount of protien in grams you should eat daily. When you gain weight you have to multiply this by your bodyweight again. Gaining muscle is the fastest way to get lean. Because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Your body runs on calories the same way that a car runs on gas. A V8 burns more gas than a 4 cylinder, therefore the more muscle your body has the more calories you burn.(muscle is the only thing that burns fat.) Also It will stretch the skin making it appear tighter.
Get full hormone levels done, including and especially testosterone, estrogen and prolactin.
Low testosterone and high estrogen and/or high prolactin can cause your symptom (gynecomastia).
This could even be due to a pitutiary tumor.
It's not a weight thing (its fashionable to blame everything on fat nowadays), but even if it was, your BMI is low normal (20.17)
A hormonally healthy male body will not put excess tissue on your breasts!
Please see a doctor (endo) ASAP!
