Thank you so much!!!! :) your response was very motivational for me! :)
It is definitely possible. You need to lose roughly 2 lbs a week. This is a healthly amount, but it will require you to expend roughly 6000 more calories per week than you take in. If you are serious, it will be a long term commitment. I would suggest mixing resistance training (does not need to be in a gym, push ups, sit ups, pullups), jump roping, along with cardio. Sorry if this sounds a bit crude, but you need to be sweating like a pig to know that you are reaching your goal. Also your diet will need to be adjusted. Zero fast food, zero sugar. If you can eliminate breads altogether. Increase you veges and non-sugary fruits to roughly 8-9 servings a day. Many recipes are available to trick the taste buds, spaghetti squash, cauliflower mashed potatoes etc. There will be about a month of cravinga as the body and microflora adjust to the diet. Not only will you be much more satiated, but the pounds will melt off, you will have more energy, and cognitive clarity. I am speaking as a former D1 college athlete and 15 years experience around dieting and nutrition. If that helps with anything. Good luck! with determination you can absolutely do it.
I don't know if u will manage to do this until the time you want but if u are exercising a lot at eat healthy I am sure u can do it! Just believe in yourself and don't give up
