You didn't say what kind of injury you sustained or if you saw an orthoOrtho cyclen Ortho evra Ortho micronor Ortho tri-cyclen Ortho tri-cyclen lo Ortho-cept Ortho-cyclen Ortho-est Ortho-novum 1/35 Ortho-novum 1/50 Ortho-novum 7/7/7 about it. If everything is okay, then you just over did the routine. Ice the injured shoulder and rest it. When it is better, begin very slowly with a very light weight. Muscles take no time at all to atrophy and longer to regain lost muscle. You may have to go all the way back to a five pound weight with only a few reps and SLOWLY build up to where you were again. My friend who is a weightlifter who competes, says that one week without training takes him about a month to regain the lost muscle. If you haven't seen an ortho and the swelling persists, then make sure you see one to make sure you are all right.
