lipo 6 is a thermogenic fat burner. It has ingredients that are going to give you a good deal of energy. So, if you are not going to workout while taking them then you won't use that extra energy. Granted, all people react different to this stuff. But I would guess that if you don't burn off that extra energy with excersize you are gonna be a bit jumpy and maybe have some trouble sleeping until your body gets used to the caffeine and other stuff.
