weight loss

I'm a busy single full-time mom and I work fulltime and I don't have time to exercise but I have to lose 10lbs. How can I lose weight without doing alot of exercising... can someone help me?

I walk ten miles onece a week to work and about 2-4 miles e/o day! I have been doing this for almost a month now and have only lost ten lbs..I eat healthy drink water,  Gatorade, or milk and I'm not understanding the weight loss

Do some home workouts even if there 5 minutes a day. Find a good video you like on YouTube and do it that way. Sometimes I get busy and do that. I am also doing a 30 day ab challenge. I can already see I've lost some weight. I've also stopped drinking sodas and I have only been drinking cranberry juice. Mostly water down to delute it.(half juice,half water) and just water. Hope this helps.

Cut out liquid calories like soda tea etc and drink only water also no junk or fast food
