Get yourself up to 1600 calories a day. You r starving your body and it is holding on to every calorie to keep you alive . Once u get to 1600 or 1800 then will you start to lose weight. Best to eat 6 small meals a day.

Hi Chunjiiluv,
I have found this to be true to me as well as I have just started really trying to lose weight. I thought that I was doing a lot but had no way of tracking it. I picked up one of these http://www.physicalcompany.co.uk/polar-ft4-blue-light-blue-pid6653.html which has been great and allowed me to actually track how much work I have done. I can also use it in the pool which is a bonus because swimming is my favourite exercise. Swimming is also great for burning a lot of calories as you use more of your body than you think.

Loosing 2 pounds in a week is fine but please dont atttempt to lose more than that as the side effect of losing more than 2 pounds a week is weight regain, especially in the absence of exercise. This is the primary reason that low-calorie dieting is not effective in the long-term if you’re trying to control your body weight.

Regarding your worries, I think you must include more rigorous exercises in your routine something like Zumba, aerobics etc.

Might be you need to change your workout routine or need to include more workout time.It also depends on what do you exactly consume even if it is 600 or 700 calories. Please give some more details if possible.

I would suggest to take proper meals, and do good exercise, make sure your diet include all essential food nutrition.
Increase your workout slowly and reduce weight slowly.

Starving yourself isn't a great way to lose weight.  Eating better is a much better idea.  You're very young, and I'm guessing you don't have a great education in proper nutrition.  If you don't get enough, the exercise will end up hurting you.  That's also not much exercise for a young person in good health.  It's time to do some serious homework, but I'd drop the dieting, adopt a healthy diet you intend to follow regularly, increase slowly the amount of exercise you're able to do, and get some help from someone.

That's not many calories, but you should build up the amount of exercise.
