Take a moment or two, pen and paper.
Close your eyes and visualize what you want to be.
Write down all the positives about being that person.
Write down the positives about being who you are now.
Do the same with negatives.
Then you have to make a decision.
If your decision is to loose weight.
Decide on a date for the first day of the rest of your life.
Using a diet diary app will keep you accountable.
Take one day at a time and use your support network.
It want be instant results... but each day will take you to where you want to be.
