what do you do for antioxidants?
what do you do to get a daily amount of antioxidants do you take acai berry extract, eat alot of blue berries

The best food sources with the highest amount of antioxidants are beans, artichokes and berries. Small red beans actually have more antioxidants than blueberries. You could take acai berry extract but it's probably better to get antiox. from natural substances. A lot of other fruit and nuts also have antioxidants such as apples and pecans.

Hi, it looks like you want to know about the foods rich in antioxidants. I can list a few for you. Try taking berries, broccoli, tomatoes, red grapes, garlic, spinach, carrots, soy and whole grains. All the best.
