I am almost 27 and have what I can only describe as "lunch lady arms". You know what I mean that flab underneath that jiggles. I have recently changed my diet to healthier more nutritious one. I have also started to do the treadmill for about 30minutes a day. I am probably about 20lbs overweight. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to how to remove this flab from my arms. Any tips would be appreciated!!
Go to bodybuilding.com and search the workouts on that website. There are many different programs for you to decide from which is best for your lifestyle/schedule. They also have instructional videos and meal plans in the forum section. That is a great website, one that I recommend to everyone looking to start an exercise program.
