will not taking any supplementary aid still give you results in the gym?

ive been natural all my life.. now i am thinkin if the results that natural will get is the same with drug-aided ones...

for me its a lifetime natural bodybuilding, nothing else..thanks any feedback will be gladly appreciated...

every morning i eat at breakfast
1 plate of white rice thats about 2 cups 1/2
1 egg without yolk
1 meat

then after 3 hours
1 plate of rice 3 cups
1 meat
1 softdrinks

then after three hours
2 biscuits

then after work out
i immedietaly eat cake and other fruit juices

then at about 6:00 pm
i eat 3 cups of rice
and a meat

the before i sleep i drink mah MILK!!!


so hows that?

how many oz of meat do you eat at each time? you should never just eat carbs. your body need protien every 3 hours and if you don't give it, then it will get from your muscles OUCH!!! and before work out drink protein shake and also after work outs. You should be eating at least 6 meals a day better if it was 8 meals.

well... my best protein source are from milk, eggs, and meat.. i dotn drink protein shakes.. but rather i drink fruit shakes... believe me, i could eat less and still get bigger with less fat.. thats how our genetics were made up to i guess...  i dotn have caloric deficit ... my calories are up.. though i dont get enough sleep with the kind of job i have now...

Do you think that you are eating 150-300 grams a day of protien? That is what you need to be. On average how much size are you putting on in a week or a month? Is it muscle?

Fruit drinks are nothing but sugar. and as you get older it will be stored as fat. BE CAREFUL.

So how many ounces of meat are you eating and what kind of meat. You were too general

Do y'all drink cows milk? through watching a lot of body builders through the years you are the only one that can say you are growing form eating carbs and fruit. YOU NEED TO EAT MORE PROTEIN TO GROW!!!! and stay lean

i am karen.... as i said my best source of protein are from eggs, meat like chicken, beef, and pork... my source of carbohydrates are white rice.. and i have only one vitamin which i use.. i only drink fruits juices as my glycogen level lowers dopwn to keep my stregnth up... nothing fancy with me really.. i just properly masticate the food i eat..

Is is cows milk that you drink


your fruit drink should be right after your workout to replace your glycogyn.

You can order protein shakes over the net. these are real important you want to give your muscles protein fast after a workout and eating meat takes a long time to digest. you want to drink a whey protein.

yes.. i do want to drink protein shakes.. but the problem is this country of mine doesnt have many stores like GNC as an example... i stroll at malls looking for MRP but cant seeem to find even an inferior one.. the milk i use isnt from cow.. its a milk from the market.. anlene.. lol.. about calories well.. i told u i dotn knwo how to measure them... :(  i guess.. im too primitive .. lol

The milk came from a market but it came out of an animal, what animal? You still have not answered how many ounces of meat are you eating? You need to buy a food scale, buy a book that has all the info in it that you will need to calculate calories, fat, carbs, and protein. You also need to buy a good MRP on the net. If you are serious about all this you need to get your food intake right. Most bodybuilders when bulking eat ~ 4000- 6000 calories a day.

I can figure out how many you are eating if you can give me quantity of the food you eat

wouldnt that be embarassing to carry a food scale inside a store when am eating? :( do u bring one with you? i go by instinct eating here... but, youre right i may be eating less calories right now.. with the kind of job am having.. but i still get good resutls fro mthe gym you know... really...

No I don't carry a food scale with me. I weight my food out at home and then take it with me. when i go to work i have my chicken in a bag and it weighs 2 oz, yam in its own bag 3 oz, fish in a different bag it weighs 3 oz. See are you getting it? by the way oz means ounces

yah, i know oz.. ok, thnaks. i guess i should start buying a real food scale.. and make my new diet plan.. :) dotn worry, if i finished with a new one ill tell u so u can assess... maybe thats what im lacking.. as i told u before i exercise great.. my pumps are like crazy... totally crzay.. whenever im working out, my body douibles it size becoz of the pump...

i read that kevin levrone was using drugs only about 6 weeks prior to mr. olympia thats why he isnt huge during off season.. well, just to let u know.. lol.. i had been a fan of him and his physique.. though i had learned that guys with long bellied back cant create one the best backs in bodybuilding world.. take dorian and coleman as an example.. they got short back muscle thats why they were able to create such development...

genetics plays a big role in there physics they also pay close attention to keeping there waist small to make there backs look bigger. some people have to work harder on there weak body parts, like my husband has geneticly has a big back and big legs but shoulders is his weakest point so he works harder on those than his back.

i don't know about the drugs but you have to remember illusion. when they are in off season they are actually bigger and then they lean down which makes them look bigger.

yeah, and the reason why in their "off season" thing they tend to wear an overall sweaters which covers their whole body so that acnes wont be seen popping while they are doing some light weights... hehe btw, we guys here in the gym, of course may not be huge but we have good muscle development eventhough we dont measure our calories or take mrps.. really, i guess it just a blessing in disguise.. :0 what do you think?

i ge the illusion thing really.. like kevin levrone doing side chest pose.. his chest seem to be outstanding when viewed while posing but standing relaxed it becomes just an avergae chest... :)
