I also have knee problems when I use the treadmill. I try to use the elliptical with high resistance which is still a great workout but knee friendly!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You need some times to lose weight after exercising and taking proper healthy diet. If you are only exercising on the treadmill then you need to change your exercises and indulge in other exercises like cyling, rowing, cross trainers and floor exercises also.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Sometimes your body can get used to doing the same exercise or eating the same foods. I like to vary my workouts to include weights and different cardio exercises. Sometimes the answer isn't eating less but eating healthy which sounds like for you means eating more. I eat 6 small portioned meals a day that include low fat protein and a heathly carb for each meal and I include a vegetable for at least two of my meals. I have actually lost weight by switching to eating more. Crazy I know but my body was just used to eating the same foods all the time. Best of luck. Let me know how it turns out.
