Dwarf rabbit snuffles or not?

I have a four year old overweight dwarf rabbit. Last and this week he's been on a strict diet 1/4 cup of pellets a day. Timothy hay, spinach, and a carrot a day. He has white stuff coming out of his nose for about three two months. I thought it was just a cold untill I found out rabbits cannot get colds. He's still eating and binkying. He's completely normal. I put vitamins in his water fiver days then silver five days. He's sniffling and sneezing but I don't have a rabbit vet anywhere near me. If he's still fine should I let him loose the weight and see if he gets better? If not any at home remedies that will help? I changed from pine to carefresh also. It's alittle worrying.

I take my rabbits to Bandfeild inside PetSmart and they are really good with them !
