is my chinchilla okay?
he has boogers on his nose and every time he breathes his nose sounds stuffed up. usually he runs from me but now he's staying close. is he gonna be ok?
the chinchilla might have pneumonia,it was a serious condition that should get checked by a vet,the symptmons are runny eyes,runny nose,stopped grooming,and loss of appetite,give the chinchilla plenty of fluids and take him to the vet.
I'd say he needs to be seen by a vet. Hopefully it's just an allergy or some little irritating dust up his nose. But with the discharge and sluggish behavior, I wouldn't take a chance. If he has an infection going on, it could get worse. Please take him in.
