Abnormal Pupil Sizes

My husband woke up feeling like there was something in his eye.  He didn't notice any pupil size difference, but grabbed the closest eye drops...opcon-A, an allergy drop,  to rinse it out.  His eyes feels somewhat better, but his pupil is noticably enlarged and has been for over an hour.  Could it be enlarged due to overuse of the drops?  Is there anything we should do presently or any time frame in which we should be concerned?  His eye feels better, but I read on one site that an enlarged pupil could be caused by an aneurysm. Is there any need for alarm?

If you suspect an aneurysm, I urge you to seek a physician immediatly. Aneurysms are usually asymptomatic and could potentially cause a wild range of symptoms as they grow. It is best to seek a physician in this matter.
