no.  lasik is performed on the anterior surface of the eye (the cornea).  all drusen (both optic nerve drusen and retinal drusen) are at the back of the eye.  they are in my mind totally unrelated.  lasik should have absolutely no effect on any retinal or optic nerve condition.
