Black spot in vision

by rob_b, Nov 29, 2005 12:00AM
I'm a 19yr old male, been working on my computer alot recently and yesterday I noticed a black spot whenever I would look at a white or bright screen. It happens when I blink, the black spot appears and then fades quickly. I have floaters aswell, but i've gotten used to them. Any idea what this could be? Picture it like a dead pixel in a digital camera screen, just a black spot that fades quickley after I blink.

thanks.

Another floater is possible, as are other more complicated retinal problems.  someone needs to loo to see if they can view the offending agent, if there is one.  you need an exam.
