Decline in vision

by sabie, Aug 26, 2006 12:00AM
I am 27 weeks pregnant and went to my opthalmologist because my left eye was bothering me.  He said I had a decline in vision from 20/30 to 20/50 so sent me to retina specialist.  Found nothing and said everything looked fine.
Question is, since then I have been seeing spots (floaters) in my left eye and was wondering since I have amblopia in just my left eye could that be the reason my vision has declined only in that eye?  I know they say pregnancy can change your vision and since both doctors found nothing wrong with my eyes could me being pregnant just had affected the one bad eye?

unlikely that pregnancy caused only the amblyopic eye to get worse.    dont know whats wrong with you
