Dilated Pupil

Dilated Pupil

I am 24 years old and my right pupil is larger/dilated in comparison to my left.  I noticed one morning when I looked in the mirror that my pupil was really large compared to my left.  I looked at the light and it was slow constricting.  Ever since my right pupil is somewhat larger than my left. Is this normal?

no.  it needs to be checked out.  you need to go to an eye doctor.

a lot of things can cause a difference in pupil size.  some of the most common are "adie's pupil" and "horner's syndrome".  some of the rare causes are aneurysm & tumor (and others).

"adie's tonic pupil" is IMO the most likely scenario, and is not a big deal.  but w/o having an exam, no one knows whether what YOU have is a benign condition or a serious one.  it needs to be checked out.
