Dry eyes

I believe i have a really bad case of dry eyes. They are blurry, swollen feeling, tight, dry, scratchy, gritty and itchy. Any ideas on how i can get rid of this?? I am using thera tears

A great therapy to try is "thera tears nutrition", an omega-3 oral capsule  (pill).  Also try SOOTHE brand emulsion eyedrops instead of theratears eyedrops.  Both theratears nutrition capsules & soothe brand eyedrops are available over the counter.

if you get no relief from that, there are prescription medications you could be on like Restasis that could also help.  You would obviously need an eye exam in order to obtain that type of Rx.
