Enlarged/inflamed blood vessels

I have Keratitis and am currently taking Restasis for it.  However, the blood vessels in my eyes are ALWAYS enlarged.  Some days are better than others but one blood vessel in particular is always bigger and more visible than the others.  My eye doctor told me I could get it quarterized if it really bothered me.  I realize that would be for cosmetic purposes but I really can't stand that my eyes look this way all the time.  Do you have any suggestions?

thats what i call a 'feeder' vessel.  no, once you get one there's really nothing you can do to reliably get rid of it except a minor surgical procedure like your eye doc suggested.

My husband has been told that he has enlarged blood vessels in his eyes due to long term contact lens use.
He has been told that there is a possibility that he could loose an eye. Is there anything that can be done? We cannot afford laser eye surgery.
