Estimated cost of surgery

Does anyone know an estimated cost for surgery to repair tears in the retina?  I know I've read about the cryotherapy and the photocoagulation laser.  What do each of them cost?

Some procedures can be done in the office if you detect the condition early enough.  The longer you wait the more expensive.  I had a full buckle and cryo sealing on one eye and it was around $3000.  Insurance paid them about $1500.  I also had a vitrectomy and cryo sealing and had a macula off and it was about $5000.  These were done in Boston.  Other areas may be more or less.  This did not include the hospital cost and anesthesiologist cost which can be another couple grand.
