Eybrow, Eyelids Twitching

Hi, For the past few days my left eyebrow has started to move up and down rapidly,(twitching i think it's called). It used to happen before aswell but always used to go after a short period of time. Now it has been 3 days that this has happened and am worried as well as irritated by the twitching. I read somewhere that it can be due to less sleep, stress or high amount of caffeine intake. I sleep 7 to 8 hours, and drink 1 cup of coffee everyday. Please advise.

Thankyou

there are multiple threads here aboput this, but its a common problem!

its called myokymia.  its usually from stress or lack of sleep, but some people get it for no reason.

try a warm washcloth to slow it down.  also i rx off-label use of Rx-only antihistamine eyedrops with much success...

good luck!  its not dangerous, only annoying.
