Eye Surgery

I have a question regarding eye surgery to straighten the eyes or surgery for eyes that are different in size. I am 18, In my case the eye that is seemingly bigger than the other is the one that has 20/20 vision and the eye that is smaller is the one that has 20/30. Also, I'm not sure if it is due to the size difference, but it seems like the eye that is 20/20 is the eye that is aligned outward, im not sure if that is due to the potruding. Does this change anything in regard to what surgery should be performed? And would the eyes be fine after this is taken care of in terms of size? And also is there any other means of correcting the size difference apart from surgery? Thank you for your time.

having one eye that is "smaller" than the other is not really realted to having an eye that is not "straight".  whatever procedures that are performed to "straighten" the eyes will have little or no effect on the size or apparent size of an eye.

is there some type of surgery for an eye that is bigger than the other or a eye smaller than the other?

sort of.  if your "size" difference is caused by thyroid eye disease and a thickening of extraocular musculature, then orbital decompression surgery would make the "larger" eye seem "smaller" (actually not smaller, just farther back).

if the "size" difference is caused by one droopy eyelid, tat can be corrected with ptosis surgery.

other than those, no i cant think of any surgery to even up the "size" of the eyes.
