Eye Tremor

My daughter is 17.  She has had a irretractable headache - 24/7- since Oct. 2006.  In Jan. 2007 she had subcutaneous emphysema in her neck/face that resolved in 2 weeks.  Shortly after she developed Palatal Myoclonus.  Her vision complaints-diplopia, pain on movement, graying/tunnel vision, and dizziness has been since Oct. In March she was diagnosed w/ bilateral papilledema and a LP diagnosed increased intracranial pressure (pressure 270). She is taking Diamox 250 2x daily. Her dizziness and headaches are a constant 10 on a 1-10 pain scale.  Last night she added a new complaint-- tremor in upper lip, numbness in face, and her right eye is moving- mostly lid/ some eye-- as the eye/lid moves she complains that the vision in that eye goes in and out. Lasted several hours.  Dizziness is enough that I thought she came close to falling this morning.  MRI normal other than sinus disease, most bloodwork normal- only iron defient anemia.  Is this new symptom related to the diagnosis of pseudo tumor cerebri? Or is it from the Diamox?  Has your clinic ever seen the idiopathic palatal myoclonus interact with increased intracranial pressure?

this is not really an eye problem, either (like the last question).  this is a neurological problem with neurological solutions.  i'm sorry, i dont know if her 'new' symptom is from the meds or the condition.
