the "millions of tiny spots" are totally normal.  an entoptic phenomenon called " scheerer's phenomenon":

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_field_entoptic_phenomenon

everyone has this.  everyone can see this if they are lookign for it.  its totally normal, totally benign and nothing can be done to "fix" or "treat" it.

the floaters and flashes should be investigated, but if you have already had a dilated eye exam and the doc didnt find anything wrong with you, then you are fine.

"Does floates (sic) and flashes can make us blind or blindness ? or harm"

usually no, but it depends on the floater.  thats why i said if you had an eye exam and the doctor didnt find anything wrong with you, then you're fine.  MOST FLOATERS are collagen debris inside the eye.  those are not dangerous and not fixable.  some rare floaters are other things like blood cells.  those would be dangerous and could be blinding.  a doc has to LOOK at the floater to determine what it is and whether or not it could be blinding.

same with flashes.  some flashes are caused by benign things like retinal traction or pressure phosphene.  those would not be dangerous or harmful or blinding.  but some rare flashes are caused by retinal holes/tears/etc.  those WOULD be blinding.  again, a doc has to LOOK at the inside of your eye to determine what it is and whether or not it could be harmful.  this is why i told you if a doc says you're fine, then you're fine.  your doc has apparently deemed YOUR flashes and floaters as not harmful.

"And In my right eye i see one black dot with white background its look the size "o" double of this o what this may be"

probably a vitreal floater.

"and at night the same i see one waving spots stuck at one place
what this may be"

dont know.  what did your doc say?  again many people see many weird things.  some of them are dangerous and some are not.  but if your doc says you're okay, then you are probably ok.

I have been noticing for about a month that my eyes are feeling as if they have pressure when they are closed.  My left upper lid has a growth of bright red with some white on the inside of the lid and my bottom right one is just bright red with a raised look to it.  I have been trying to get into a eye doctor for the last two weeks with no prevail.  Should I be truly concerned?  My medical history already holds 2 tumors both benign, but the one in my brain is still there.  Please assist in leading me in the right direction.
