Frequent Blinking

I've been having problems from my eyes, For the past month or two , I've been blinking alot. Some of my family members say that its from looking at the computer alot. My eylids also hurt a little bit when i blink.

so, so many possibilities.  i'll list a few:

dryness/tear film deficiencies
allergies/gpc
corneal irritation/spk/and the like
blepharitis/meibomianitis/eyelid inflammation

way too vague of a complaint to be solved here.  would need an eye examination to figure it out.  not dangerous, but not diagnosable w/o someone actually looking at it

and to be more specific i feel very tired! can u please explain to me one of the each from the above ?

um, no.  thats what an exam is for.  thats what i'm telling you.  too difficult to determine what you have from your description...cant narrow it down w/o seeing it.  and no, sorry i dont have time to explain all those conditions to you here.  google:

"superficial puntate keratitis"
"blepharitis"
"dry eye syndrome"
"giant papillary conjunctivitis"

that should get you started pretty well...
