Lasik and eye pain/imbalanced vision

Thanks for the great information in this site.

I am 37 and I had Lasik eye surgery around 7 months ago. My prescription before was Right eye -2.75 and left eye -2.5. After surgery it is Right -0.5 and
left +0.25.

The night of surgery after I went home, my left neck was still and some pulling sension all the way till the left leg muscle (thigh and calf(?) muscles.
For the entrire next week my back of neck was stiff. The eye surgeon told me to give some time. The stiffness/pain in the back of the neck stayed
for around 2 months. In the meantime my left eye socket pain started. Whole left eye pain (very mild) and it spreads to the back of the neck.
Doctor said it may be due to the convergence issues ( since now I have +0.25 and -0.5). When I wake up in the morning I feel my left eye is pressurised.
Doctor sent me to a optho neurologist and he said he could not see anything wrong.

I can feel the pressure in my left eye and I can clearly feel the imbalance of my eyes. I do not how to put it in words.. but it is imbalance.
Also, my left eye seems to be blurred at near (book, computer) and medium (TV) ranges.

I also developed floaters but the doctors said the retina is healthy ( no holes etc).

I am not sure what should be my next step.

Thanks for your help.

there really is no obvious next step.  i doubt that your neck pain & stiffness/leg pulling, etc is related to your vision/lasik.

as for your 'imbalance', i guess you could request an 'enhancement' to get the -0.50 eye to be +0.25 like the other eye.  that might help, might not.  but its the only other thing i can think of that may work.  a good predictor is if you wore a -0.75 contact lens in the -0.50 eye for awhile (to make that eye +0.25).  if wearing the contact lens provided relief from the 'imbalance' then getting a -0.75 enhancement in that eye may be the next step.

good luck
