I been having alot of pain in my left eye.Went to see the eye dr, he ask if I was tired.I did explain that my b12 is low and I am taking vit, however there was pressure in the eye...So he sent me for a test to check for glaucoma...and couldn't detect any...however I still have the pain in my eye and wondering if I should see him again or my family dr,Thanks for the help...

family doc likely wont be able to help.  having "pressure" in the eye usually does not cause eye pain, believe it or not.  you would have to have an intraocular pressure of 40mmHg or so before you "felt" like it was "pressure" or pain in your eye.  and if your iop really was 40 i assure you that your diagnosis would have been glaucoma.  the fact that someone told you that you "dont" have glaucoma tells me that the pain in your eye is unrelated to any eye pressure you have or have ever had.

dont know.  this could be "cluster headache".  or any number of other things.  it depends on the type/severity/frequency of the pain.  you probably do need to see someone about managing it, but IMO it is likely that your primary care doc wont know any more than your eye doc did.

Is the pain pressure and feels like your eyes are bulging? I have that pain and I feel it might be associated with my Epstein Barr (Chronic Fatigue). The Epstien Barr was a result of exhausted adrenal glands, and lack of B vitamins.
