Well my 5 year old has red eyes along with reddish orange discgarge. What could it be? They look watery

your 5 year old needs an eye exam.  he does not need a pediatric ophthalmologist.  almost any optometrist or ophthalmologist who will examine children will be fine, but not the pediatrician.  he needs an actual eye doctor.

many possibilities.  everything from bacterial conjunctivitis to viral conjunctivitis to allergic conjunctivitis, vernal conjunctivitis, keratitis, etc etc etc ad nauseum.  he needs to be seen.
