I posted under a month ago about
painfulPainful menstrual periods red eye problems, and your suggestion was episcleritis, I researched and it seems to match closely, but not exact.. you said you would have to see the eye when the redness is active, so I took a picture.

Any idea ?
opcon-a will never fix that. artificial tears and "dry eye" therapy will never fix that. no oral med (zyrtec, allegra, etc) will ever fix that.
that eye needs steroids IMO. alrex or lotemax, preferably. you need to find an eye doc who can and will confirm that diagnosis and rx steroids. (actually they'll be "making" the diagnosis, not "confirming" it...to keep from getting into sticky legal situations i have not "diagnosed" you with anything...)
good luck!
