Vision problems

When I arrived at work the other day I began to talk to a Co-worker her face started to black out and I felt sick to my stomach.  Shortly after that I couldn't see I had lines in front of my eyes and black spots as well.  After about 10 minutes my vision cleared but I still felt sick.  The same thing happened that night different because I didn't feel sick and it only happened in one eye.  I had no problems the next day until night time and then it happened again in one eye only.  I can feel it coming on because I don't feel like myself and I become very tired.  After it's over I still feel tired but more myself again.  I take Synthroid, Lotrel and Toprol XL I take for high blood pressure which has been under control for the past 2 years 110/70.  Someone at work said the same thing happened to his wife her Doctor said it's an Ockular migrain.  Can anyone help me figure this out?  I sure hope so it's really upsetting my life right now. It may be an ocular migraine. But I would be more concerned that this could be a bleed aneurysm. Sometimes before an aneurysm ruptures it will leak a little blood and cause mild symptoms based upon where it is. With a history of high blood pressure this is a posibility albeit a small one.
